Fourth DUI
Nicholus Martin, 31, of Aiken, was charged Saturday with driving under influence - 4th offense.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol Busted Mr. Martin on Saturday night, and he remains in the detention center early today.
According to DUI.Drivinglaws.org, a fourth DUI conviction in South Carolina can lead to permanent driver's license revocation and a minimum of 1 year in prison (and possibly more depending on the BAC level).
