Dale Sweeney refuses to pay for his children, according to jail records.Apparently, the 21-year-old Jackson man knew how to make a child, he just doesn't know how to support one. The young father is sitting in the Aiken County Detention for the FOURTH TIME since 2007 for failure to pay child support.
He's been arrested once every year since he was 18 for being a deadbeat. We've posted his mugshots from yesterday's arrest (top) and previous arrests.
