How Public Drunkenness Can End

We're not sure how he hurt his head, but jail officials say 59-year-old Keith Bryant of North Augusta came to the jail with the bandage on.

North Augusta public safety officers busted him last night for disorderly conduct for being drunk in public, according to jail records. Maybe they realized how intoxicated he was after he hit his head?

Whatever the case, we think he might have had one heckuva hangover.

  1. NORTH AUGUSTA COPS ARE GAY THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN PULL OVER PEOPLE FOR BULLCRAP LIKE A DIM TAIL LIGHT OR FOR GOING 6 OVER THE SPEED LIMIT. RICHMOND COUNTY GIVES YOU LIKE 15 OR MORE OVER BEFORE STOPPING AND PRACTICES SOMETHING CALLED DISCRETION. RCSO, CCSO, ACSO, SCHP, AND CITY OF AIKEN ARE WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL. NORTH AUGUSTA HAS LIKE 4 OFFICERS TO HANDLE ONE PERSON THEN TREATS THEM LIKE SHIT, BEATS THEM UP. WAIT, DIDN'T ONE JUST GET ARRESTED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY ACSO? GOOD JOB ACSO KEEP UP THE REAL CRIME FIGHTING OVER THERE.

  3. That's because SC does not have the same laws as Georgia. In Georgia county and city law enforcement HAVE to give you 10 mph over the limit before you are cited. SC does not. They can pull you over at 1 mph over. Oh and by the way Georgia State Patrol they don't have to give 10 mph either. You are right though some agencies in this area give you 15 mph over and they write plenty of tickets.
