Terroristic Threats & Acts

A Hephzibah woman's been arrested on a felony for throwing a rock through a woman's car window and shattering the glass onto the victim's two children.

Jennifer Scott Miller, 32, of Hephzibah, was charged Friday with felony terroristic threats acts.

The victim, Linda Williams, said she was driving her 2001 Ford Econo Van on 15th Street near Essie McIntyre Boulevard when the suspect threw a rock through the front-passenger window. The impact shattered the window and caused glass to fall onto her two sons, who were both sitting in the front seat. Medics were called to the scene to check out the two boys, who were found to have no significant injuries, a report states.

The victim said she had been having problems with Ms. Miller in the past. An investigation into the Nov. 4 incident led to Friday's arrest of Ms. Miller.

The damage to the van was estimated at $200.
