Aggravated Stalker from Hephzibah

Jeffrey Lee Teston, 21, of Hephzibah, was charged Monday with aggravated stalking, family violence and criminal trespassing.

An aggravated stalking can occur if you violate a:
peace bond,
restraining order,
protective order,
good behavior bond,
injunction, or
condition of pretrial release, probation, or parole that prohibits surveillance or contact.
Penalties for Aggravated StalkingUpon conviction of this felony, you can receive a prison sentence of 1-10 years and up to a $10,000 fine.
