David Mikell Sr., 29, of Gloverville, was arrested today for criminal domestic violence and failure to pay child support.
It was his FIFTH ARREST for domestic violence since 2004.
He's also been charged in the past with unlawful conduct toward a child, violating child restraint laws and driving under suspension. Everyone's innocent until proven guilty. We just wonder when the judicial system will stop playing games with someone who, police say, can't seem to treat women and children with any respect.
