The Columbia County Sheriff's Office has been good about cracking down on people who speed through construction zones. Now, they arrested this man, Prentice Cash, 47, on a charge of operating a vehicle without adequately securing his load.We applaud Columbia County authorities for their watchful eye. People who don't secure their load can lead to trashy highways and dangerous conditions as items fall off their vehicles.
