Aiken County made a pair of interesting arrests over the last 24 hours:Elroy Williams, 48, of Aiken (top photo), was busted for fraudulent acquisition of food stamps as well as assault & battery.
Jordan Bailey, 24, of Charlotte, was arrested in Aiken County on charges of parking in a handicapped space and marijuana possession.
