William Hayes, 25, of Aiken, was arrested this morning on a bench warrant for shoplifting under $100.
It is his fifth arrest since 2001 for shoplifting. But that's not all he's been charged with in the past. Take a look at his previous arrests:
Using vehicle without permission.
Criminal trespassing.
Driving without a license.
Failure to stop for blue lights.
Intentionally depriving merchant of dispensed gasoline.
Resisting arrest.
Disorderly conduct.
Gross intoxication.
Possession of drug paraphernalia.
