Photos of Hero Deputies Who Killed Murder Suspect
Richmond County authorities have released the names and photos of two deputies who shot and killed a murder suspect who was holding a knife on his wife this morning.
Just after 4 a.m., Deputies Chadwick Plueger (top) and Sylvester Rosier (middle) responded to a domestic call at 814 Metcalf Street, where they went inside and found Terry Ramsey (bottom photo) holding a knife to his wife, Tameka.
"While holding the knife on Tameka Ramsey, Terry Ramsey refused to cooperate with deputies who were giving commands to drop the knife. Terry Ramsey was shot by deputies," said Deputy Coroner Mark Bowen in a press release. "Terry Ramsey was taken to the Medical College of Georgia where he was pronounced dead" at 4:49 a.m.
The GBI was called in to investigate the shooting.
Mr. Ramsey was out on bond on a murder charge. The suspect was accused of fatally shooting Richard Paprocki in August 2008 while the victim was inside Mr. Ramsey’s home on Gordon Highway.

WOW, DIDN'T KNOW YOU CAN BECAME A HERO FOR MURDER!!! WHAT A MESSEGE!!!
ReplyDeleteThey did what they are trained to do. As unfortunate as it is that someone had to die, the man was threatening a life. To save the victim from this man, given the fact that he beat her, hmmph...you give what you get when you refuse to comply. Sad but true. And his happened to be this way. Had he done the unspeakable to his wife, he would have ended up getting his just due anyway!
ReplyDeleteIt says he was a murder suspect. Nothing had been charged against him. People can be so stupid sometimes. You dont know if he gave anything, to get DEATH. Those polices are not heros, especially not to me. That was MURDER! They dont have the right to kill. They are COWARDS. They should be punished in some way. Come on now, that was a human being, just like you and me.
ReplyDeletekarma is a b*%$# and what you do does come back to bite you. Terry you took a life and now yours was taken. thank you to the officers that did their jobs...i pray that richies' at peace now.
