Stolen Property at CEO Customs

Marcus Sparks, 33, of Augusta, was caught with stolen property, according to a sheriff’s report.

A sheriff’s investigator went to CEO Customs on Wrightsboro Road to investigate a possible stolen Polaris Ranger.

Instead of finding the Polaris Ranger, the investigator found a Kawasaki Mule stolen from Burke County, a 12-gauge shotgun stolen from Screven County, two Dell laptop computers taken from Emmanuel County and a 20-foot car trailer swiped from Screven County.

Warrants were later issued Mr. Sparks’ arrest since he was found to be in possession of the stolen property, according to the sheriff’s report.

The suspect has been charged with three counts of theft by receiving stolen property.
