Two men have been charged by Richmond County authorities in the last few days with possessing methamphetamine.
Mark Winter, 50 (top), was charged Wednesday with possession of meth with intent to distribute as well as marijuana possession.
On Friday, 18-year-old Bryan Harrison (bottom mugshot) was busted for possession of meth with intent to distribute and two counts of controlled substance felony.
