Charnate Haynes, 31 (top), and Tarkisha Haynes, 32 (bottom), were busted Tuesday in Richmond County for shoplifting between $50 and $300.We're not sure if they are sisters or whether they got to share a jail cell, but it appears the two women were busted together on the misdemeanor offense.
