David Moyer, 28, of Gloverville, was charged Sunday with filing a false report of a felony violation.That means he allegedly lied to the sheriff's office. But it should be no surprise. He's been bothering law enforcement since at least 2002.
David's been arrested six other times in Aiken County, racking up charges for breach of trust, possession of a stolen vehicle, driving under suspension, shoplifting, possession of marijuana, illegal possession of controlled substances, probation violation and open container.
