Aiken public safety officers arrested an Aiken man early this morning in connection with a violent assault.Mark Jacobs, 35, was charged with criminal domestic violence of a high & aggravated nature. He remains in the Aiken County Detention Center this morning.
It's not his first time either. The Aiken Department of Public Safety charged Mr. Jacobs with criminal domestic violence in May 2008.
