The Jail Report is noticing a trend of more criminal suspects with facial tattoos.That's the case with 26-year-old Jonathan Hawes, an Augusta man arrested by Aiken public safety officers early this morning for failing to comply with their orders. He has a cross tattoo between his eyes, some words near his right eye and even more on his neck.
We wonder if it hurts to get a tattoo on your face. Hmmmm.
