Financial Identity Fraud

Matthew Howell III, 39, of Augusta, was charged yesterday in Aiken County with two counts of financial identity fraud and four counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent.

But he's no stranger to the law. In October 2006, Aiken County authorities charged him with financial identity theft.
