Travis Williams-Putman, 21, of Aiken (top photo), was arrested by Aiken public safety officers this morning and charged with shoplifting under $1,000.
Travis is a repeat offender with at least three previous arrests in Aiken County, including charges of marijuana possession, assault & battery and no driver's license.
The young man hasn't always had such an interesting hairstyle as he displayed for today's mugshot. The bottom mugshot is from 2007.
