  1. Hello Guys, Just wanted to let you know that I have 2 attorneys working to sue the creators of the jail report for slander, defamation of character, lost wages and public humiliation. While it is true that everyones arrest records are publicly available, The fact of the matter is that they are not laid out publicly on every cash registers counters for the entire world to see. And for good reason! That reason being that, While it is good to have knowledge and to have the ability to readily find information on the character of a person or to know what your new employee may have done in the past, It is not imperative and is down right destructive to publicly paste mine or anyone else's faces right out in the open for everyone to see at every gas station they come too. People make mistakes or do things that they should not. But that is no reason to have me paying for gas just to have the guy behind me literally hide his children behind his back while standing behind me in line as the clerk shifts her steely eyes on me as if I were about to rob her at gun point. Also, my wifes parents and My parents all ready know what I have done, Now they have to live in even more shame as the entire augusta area walks into every convient store just to see my face on every counter top listed as a hard core, insane, criminal. Even though my crime was only driving with no insurance. Because of you, I have lost my job, my landlord is threatening to evict me and my church has refused to allow me back to our sunday services. You have totally succeded in destroying my life, causing me to miss wages that I need to pay my bills, and have defamed my character in front of the whole world. This is not acceptable and will be dealt with in the appropriate manner. So, In the future, If someone needs to find out about a persons character or criminal past, let them find that info themselves instead of hurting peoples public image, life or employment opprotunities! Thanks Guys, see you in a court room soon!

  2. IF YOU CAN'T DO THE TIME, DON'T DO THE CRIME. WHOSE HOUSE YOU GOING TO BURGLARIZE TO PAY THESE LAYWERS? THEY MUST BE A TOUGH TEAM,IF THEY GOT YOUR MONEY AND LET YOU THINK YOU HAVE A CASE! IT IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD! HAVE YOU HEARD OF ANYONE SUING AMERICA'S MOST WANTED BECAUSE THEY WERE SPOTLIGHTED? SO YOU ARE A THEIF AND STUPID!

  3. sounds to me like people should be looking at ya like you might rob them. i mean after all you were in the jail report. if your landlord is trying to evict you based off of that then maybe you should be suing his for discrimination. oh and if your church wont let you back in then it sounds to me like you attend one of those front pew on sunday but back seat on saturday night hypocryte churches anyway and you were probably just attending for a "social status" anyways...you screwed up...deal with it

  4. While it is public record, what happened to innocent until proven guilty? As a victim of identity theft, being arrested and subsequently cleared before the case made it to trial, I, too, lost my six figure job; was told that the arrest would be permanently on my record; had my home foreclosed and two cars repossessed. I lived as a law abiding citizen, yet had to have my photo pasted in the jail report, and no one has offered any apology. Do I expect one? Not at all, because society focuses on the negative, and not the truth. I'm serving a life sentence for a crime I never committed, and the person who committed the crime is out there somewhere victimizing some other innocent, law-abiding citizen, who will ultimately be arrested and have their photo in the jail report. Sad, sad, sad, but inevitable!

  6. the jail report doesn't even report convictions they post allegations. this discredits people before they even go to court. thus making it easier for the court system to take even more money from hard WORKING citizens that already pay too many bills for all the rich politicians, while we STRUGGLE pay our own bills. How can someone get a FAIR trial when there allegations are made out to be true in a widespread publication? there is no justice in america anymore. just people getting paid to make people obey. Keep doing what your told all the time and see how bad things get. Thought everyone use to come to america to get away from all the order, now we are the same thing. If everything is now such "public record" then why can't you ever find anything about politicians when they mess up. sure we see some but there is no way we see it all. we vote for these people then pay them for 2 to 4 year with no questions asked? we as a people should have no only the right to re vote anytime if the jobs not being done right, but to have the choice of voting "neither one". that would be TRUE CHOICE. instead of letting other people decide who we vote for, we should be choosing who the candidates are. And if they should have job security behind what everyday citizens have, which is slim and none these days. Yet a politician can be voted in and totally mess up everyday and never have to worry about losing office till voted out. Just somethings to think about. Have a nice day!!!!!
