Jerry Hall, 19, of Aiken, was busted last night on a string of charges that is going to cause him some trouble in court.
The teenager was arrested for the second time for shoplifting. North Augusta authorities also charged him with a second-degree burglary, assault & battery and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
That may be why Jerry doesn't look so thrilled in his mugshot. He's got a lot of explaining to do.
Jerry got his first taste of life at the Aiken County Jail last November, when North Augusta public safety officers arrested him for shoplifting under $1,000.
But if Jerry was convicted on that 2008 charge, it appears the punishment wasn't harsh enough to teach him a lesson.
