Howard Toole, 27, of Aiken, was arrested for driving under the influence on Wednesday.
It was Mr. Toole's second DUI offense, but the odd thing is that he was apparently busted for drunk driving around lunchtime Wednesday, according to jail records.
Who drives drunk during the day? Doesn't anyone work anymore? D'oh!
