A man suspected in the Oct. 8 bank robbery at Wachovia in North Augusta was captured in Atlanta this morning.
Sherrod Jarvis Miller was spotted driving a 1993 Mercury by an Atlanta Police detective. The suspect was taken into custody and is being held in the Fulton County Jail pending extradition to North Augusta.
Lt. Tim Pearson with North Augusta Public Safety credited the press for covering the robbery and witnesses who provided valuable information that helped lead to the arrest.
