Two Jackson men were charged yesterday with trafficking cocaine.
Robert Samuels, 22 (top), and Charlie Carter, 21, were both arrested by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and held at the Aiken County Detention Center on the felony charge.
If only they had remembered what their DARE teacher said - drugs are bad.
